沙特阿拉伯标准组织SASO（Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization）已推出了关于婴童车和安全座椅 (Technical Regulation for Child Restraint Systems and Strollers) 的技术法规。该法规提示，所有出往沙特的婴童车以及儿童安全座椅均需要在Saber系统提交申请并取得产品符合性证书PCoC (Product Conformity Certificate)和批次证书SC (Shipment Certificate)。
