出口沙特提示 | 工矿部更新部分产品管控要求

沙特阿拉伯标准组织 SASO（Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization）近日发布通知，自2023年7月30日起更新部分产品的管控要求，进口商在通过SABER平台提交产品批次证书SCoC申请时，需要随附一份得到沙特工矿部（Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources）批准的进口商声明并承诺遵守该声明，否则无法在SABER平台上获得证书。

▶ 此次新增需要符合新规定的产品范围如下：

此次要求的进口商声明须用阿拉伯语签发，并获得工矿部带有二维码的批复函；

Exporting/Importing to Saudi Arabia – Update on the products requiring the mandatory approved Importer declaration form

Starting from 30th July 2023 onwards, the Saudi Standards and Metrology Organization (SASO) will be expanding the list of products that require the mandatory submission of an Importer declaration form approved by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, prior to the issuance of Shipment Certificates of Conformity (S-CoCs) in SABER.

The additional products and their KSA Customs Tariff Codes are listed below:

• Ductile Pipes

(KSA Customs Tariff Codes 730300000001, 730300000002, 730719000000, 730721000000,    730722000000, 730723000000, 730791000000)

• White Cement

(KSA Customs Tariff Codes 252321000001, 252321000002, 252321000003, 252321000004)

Furthermore, the KSA Customs Tariff Code 730890900002 for Window shades (Blinds) / Shade nets which was subjected to the requirement of approved Importer declaration form since 31st July 2022 has now been replaced by 560819009999 with immediate effect.

The Importer declaration form on its approval by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources will include a system generated barcode. Intertek will be verifying the submission of the approved Importer declaration form prior to finalizing the S-CoCs in SABER.
